This program is designed for those wishing to participate in a powerful group coaching environment. This is a highly interactive platform that can be extremely beneficial to all who participate. each call is structured to address not only the most common obstacles and challenges to WLS lifelong success, but also those that are unique to each participant. Everyone will have the opportunity to work together as a group to help each other find solutions, inspiration, encouragement and share what they have found to be effective for them. Included in our group coaching program are the following benefits:
- Each participant will have an initial private 1:1 comprehensive intake call. It will last approximately 30 minutes, during which time we will clearly identify where you are in your journey, where you would like to see yourself, the challenges and roadblocks you face in getting there, and much more. This private consultation will provide me with the information needed to most effectively work with you to design a powerful strategic success plan, and enable me to include your unique challenges and effective solutions into our group coaching platform. Chances are there will be many others facing similar challenges either now or down the road.
- Weekly Group Coaching Call. With our group program, each weekly coaching call will last up to one hour. We will have open Q&A and the opportunity for the group to work together to help each other find solutions, inspiration, encouragement and share what they have found to be effective for them. There truly is power in numbers! Each group coaching program consists of a 3 month period of time. With new group programs starting on a regular basis, should you wish to continue.
- Recordings of weekly calls. You can go back and listen to it as often as you like. If you should ever have to miss one of our calls, you can simply listen to the call recording and never miss anything. You can also email me, if after listening to the recording, you find you have questions on any of the content covered in that call.
- Success toolbox. Which we will fill as we go along in our work together, with resources, worksheets and tools geared to propeling you forward in your personal WLS Success Journey.
- ”Empowering Your Journey” Success Journal. This includes 30 days of journaling entry pages. Each day of journaling area consists of 2 pages. One is based on focused journaling questions, to empower you to make the most of this tool, and the other focuses on nutrition and activity journaling to help you track your progress in these areas.
